My work focus on land-use and land-cover changes and their implications, with a focus on land abandonment and spontaneous forest development. In my PhD I adopted an ecological and social approach to study the relation between agricultural abandonment and ecosystem services in Auvergne. Currently involved as a postdoc researcher in the wildE project I develop quantitative indicators to characterise rewilding contexts and outcomes under the climate-smart framework.
